Michael Clark founded Aspect Wealth Management in 1997 after a ten-year career with Salomon Smith Barney. Today he serves as President, overseeing the firm’s growth, strategy, and client relationships. Previously he served as an economic analyst and management advisor for the U.S. government and private industry. He also spent seven years as an Economics and Finance faculty member for the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Michael is a distinguished graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Management. He was nominated to receive a Fulbright Scholarship, and went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) professional designation after completing the Wharton School of Business Investment Management Analyst program. Michael also holds a Certified Retirement Counselor® (CRC®) certification from the International Foundation of Retirement Education® and is a Registered Principal with Cetera Wealth Services LLC.
Bilingual in Spanish, Michael enjoys traveling with his family; together they have participated in numerous mission trips to Peru and Mexico. He is an avid fisherman, loves bird hunting and golf, and is a wine enthusiast. Michael is active or has served in a variety of professional and charitable organizations including:

Zack is the Vice President at Aspect Wealth Management, a firm committed to providing comprehensive and personalized financial guidance to its clients. With a bachelor's degree in business administration from Thomas Edison State University, he has laid a strong foundation for his career in finance.
After completing his Certified Financial Planner™ program and obtaining his securities registrations, Zack joined the team at Aspect Wealth Management Advisor team. In this role, he works closely with complex client relationships, helping them navigate the intricacies of financial planning and investment management. His expertise and dedication have earned him recognition as a trusted advisor among his clients.
In addition to his role as the Vice President, Zack serves as a Regional Director with Cetera Wealth Services LLC. In this capacity, he leverages his knowledge and experience to support the growth and development of the firm, while also ensuring the delivery of top-notch financial services to clients.
Outside of work, Zack enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, including two sons and a young daughter. He has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and can often be found hunting, fishing, or coaching his children’s sports teams. A self-described coffee enthusiast, Zack enjoys exploring new roasts and sharing that passion with others.
Zack's commitment to his clients and his profession extends beyond his work at Aspect Wealth Management. Jane Weekley is a Financial Advisor at Aspect Wealth Management and an Investment Advisor Representative with Cetera Advisor Networks LLC. She provides a disciplined financial planning process to help individuals and families accumulate, preserve, and protect their wealth. Jane was a founding member of The Trust Company, N. A. in San Antonio where she also served as a trust administrator and marketing officer. Prior to Aspect, Jane served as a Financial Consultant at Salomon Smith Barney in San Antonio. Before moving to Texas, Jane worked as an asset manager for 15 years in the real estate investment banking division at UBS Asset Management (formerly Chase Investors Management Corporation) in New York.
Jane graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree. She also earned a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Fordham University, New York, New York. She also holds a certificate from The Texas School of Trust Banking, Texas Bankers Association.

Denise is loving the transition from Aspect’s Director of Operations to Financial Advisor. In doing so, she empowers collaboration amongst the Operations and Client Services Teams through cross-training opportunities which decreases the need for her direct oversight. This two-fold strategy strengthens the Team’s knowledge base and provides a wider base of support for clients as she focuses on where her heart is… directly with clients and their families. Denise’s dedicated commitment to truly know and understand her clients stems from having her own consulting firm grown predominantly on well-established client relationships who provided 100% of the referrals leading to new clients. Keeping promises and nurturing each client relationship allows Denise to proactively identify and address client needs. She helps clients avoid potential stumbling blocks at each life milestone and understand the drivers to meet their personal goals. This empowers her clients to make mindful, informed decisions for their future. Prior to Aspect, Denise was CFO and Director of Shared & Support Services for St. Peter-St. Joseph’s (St. PJ’s) Children’s Home after serving as the Director of Finance/Controller for Santa Rosa Healthcare. Denise is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s degree in management.
Outside of the office, Denise and her family can be found wherever there is water—liquid or solid. They spend time at Lake LBJ, boating and water skiing, and on the ski slopes in the winter. Denise also has volunteered for several nonprofit organizations that mentor kids at risk. She is a Board Member at the San Antonio Parks Foundation and has also served at:

Justin considers it a privilege to serve as a Financial Advisor at Aspect Wealth Management, finding joy in partnering daily to delivery exceptional experiences and personalized outcomes for each client.
Before joining Aspect Wealth Management, Justin earned his BA degree from Thomas Edison St. College (Suma Cum Laude). Over the past two decades, he has led, built, and grown businesses and teams, specializing in delivering excellent results and customized experiences at H-E-B, Home Depot/Blinds.com etc. Thriving in complex evolving environments, Justin excels with attention to detail, essential communication, and a passion for developing strong, long-lasting relationships.
Beyond work, Justin immerses himself in creating precious moments with his wife, Bethany, and their four lively kiddos. He actively ministers in their vibrant church community, dedicates time to volunteer in youth political leadership training, enjoys sports like golf and skiing, and passionately pursues becoming a more knowledgeable foodie and wine connoisseur!

Evita serves as Aspect’s Client Services Manager supporting the firm’s advisors with account creation, fund transfers, account maintenance and oversee all aspects of Client Service Team. Leading the front lines in client services, she is focused on providing each client with a personalized experience amidst avid collaboration with Cetera Wealth Services, formerly Cetera Advisor Networks, Pershing and other involved firms modeling top tier service to ensure accuracy for each account. She thoroughly explains information required to prepare client paperwork, seeing the process through fruition, all the while liberally doling out to everyone she communicates with huge portions of “the AWM love”. Having a seasoned resource like Evita helps bring clarity in what can seem like a complicated process.
Prior to moving to San Antonio and joining Aspect, Evita served as Vice President and Trust Officer for Border Capital Bank (formerly McAllen National Bank) for 10 years, though her knowledge with personal trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILIT), court-created trusts and employee benefits was obtained while she was part of J.P. Morgan Chase Private Banking in McAllen. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Most evenings, after Evita gets off work, she reverts to her medical training days as she administers home hemodialysis to her husband. She loves spending time with family and friends as well as reading fictional books, plus what her family calls Evita’s “no-nonsense” books. She can be found dabbling at sewing, gardening, creating gifts for her family or trying out new recipes on the weekends.

As Aspect Wealth’s Operations Manager, Ghilda plays a vital role in compliance and internal operations. She develops and refines procedures, maintains accurate records, implements systems enhancements, and creates reports and controls to ensure that promises made to clients are upheld. In addition to leading operations, Ghilda also oversees recruiting and intern training.
A San Antonio native, Ghilda spent part of her life in Dallas, TX, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of North Texas. During her time there, she gained valuable experience in customer service, content development, visual design, and coordinating national sales travel events.
Ghilda enjoys discovering new culinary destinations both locally and abroad to delight her foodie spirit. She is an avid reader who loves hiking and kayaking and often volunteers at local events. But if you’re looking for her, you’re most likely to find her at a sporting event—or near the heat of the kitchen, crafting savory dishes, some spicy enough to scorch taste buds.

Paola is instrumental to Aspect’s office operations, managing everything from phone calls, preparation for client meetings, and event coordination, to diligently supporting advisors and improving processes. She started as an intern in April of 2023 and joined the Aspect family after graduating from the University of Incarnate Word with a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in Finance.
Originally from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, Paola moved with her family to New Braunfels, TX, in 2012 and quickly adapted to American culture, serving as the family liaison at school and managed the family finances. She is a soccer and football fan who can be found at soccer matches with her sisters or watching a football game with her brother. In her free time, she enjoys travelling to Gulf Shores, Alabama in true Swiftie mode. Her love for Texas continues to deepen as she explores local hot spots, enjoying a cup of coffee with friends.

Patrick plays a key role in our portfolio management and financial analysis, drawing on this technical background. He began his journey with Aspect Wealth as an intern in November 2023 and later transitioned into a full-time role. Patrick holds the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification, as well as Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, and aspires to pursue the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in the future.
Originally from San Antonio, Patrick attended Texas A&M University in college station, where he earned a B.S. in Electronic Systems Engineering Technology. During his time there, he coached youth soccer teams and provided individual tutoring, fostering growth and mentorship within his community. Seeking to merge his technical foundation with a passion for finance, he went on to earn an M.B.A with a specialization in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
In his free time, Patrick enjoys exploring San Antonio’s vibrant local scene, catching up with friends over coffee, and discovering new restaurants. A lifelong learner, he’s always ready to take on new challenges and contribute to meaningful, results-driven solutions.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Celeste relocated to San Antonio in 2000, where she quickly embraced the city’s vibrant culture and rich history. Since then, she has continued to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues, grounded in trust, empathy, and professionalism.
Celeste is a proud mom of two active and accomplished children—her son excels in football and basketball, while her daughter is a competitive tennis player on track to complete her freshman year of college before graduating high school. Community, faith in God, and caring for others are at the heart of everything she does, and she is proud to be part of a team that shares those values.
Outside of work, Celeste enjoys reading, spending time with her family and friends, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and San Antonio Spurs—but nothing brings her more joy than watching her children thrive, both in the classroom and in their sports.
