As Aspect Wealth’s Operations Manager, Ghilda plays a vital role in compliance and internal operations. She develops and refines procedures, maintains accurate records, implements systems enhancements, and creates reports and controls to ensure that promises made to clients are upheld. In addition to leading operations, Ghilda also oversees recruiting and intern training.
A San Antonio native, Ghilda spent part of her life in Dallas, TX, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of North Texas. During her time there, she gained valuable experience in customer service, content development, visual design, and coordinating national sales travel events.
Ghilda enjoys discovering new culinary destinations both locally and abroad to delight her foodie spirit. She is an avid reader who loves hiking and kayaking and often volunteers at local events.
